About

Edwin Carl, Owner and Head Coach

Edwin started his 10 year professional baseball career after attending the University of New Mexico when he signed with the Kansas City Royals in 2010. Edwin has played professionally in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

In 2014, while in spring training with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Edwin suffered from a mysterious autoimmune disease that made him unable to walk for over 3 months. Doctors and specialists could not pinpoint the exact cause or even diagnosis.

Edwin was determined to walk again and through hard work and perseverance, he beat all odds and was able to once again walk and play professional baseball for 5 more years.

Edwin knows and understands the importance of mobility and functional training and is sought after for training athletes that want to prevent injuries.

Mission

Edwin takes an approach to health, focusing on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall well-being. His coaching services are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client.

Edwin wants to empower each client to take a step in the right direction and guide them to live their fullest potential.
